These are screen shots of the Mathcad program used to analyze the centroid data and calculate the deflections.  The areas in yellow, pink, and green are explanatory.

The areas in blue are manual user inputs required to successfully run the program.

The horizontal lines (with the boxed arrow on the far left) hide all the programming steps and equations.

The program accepts two lists of centroids, nominally found by Astrometrica (AST) or Pinpoint (PP), so the variables contain either an A or a P.  When another program

is used (MaximDL, for example (MDL)), the variable names stay the same.

The final value of L is found by manually inserting different values of LLA and LLP until the LeastSquaresA or LeastSquaresP is minimized.
